Makefully was founded by Anna Jordan-Douglass, an award-winning interactive producer of educational media with over a decade of production experience. She is currently a doctoral candidate in the Department of Curriculum & Instruction at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she is researching the intersection of the arts, technological literacy and making. She is dedicated to creating innovative learning environments that inspire youth, and mentoring youth to achieve their own creative goals and learn best practices in media production.

Prior to her doctoral studies she was the Vice President, Interactive Media and Digital Development at The Jim Henson Company, where she oversaw all aspects of digital production and business development, seeing all of the company’s interactive products through from ideation to distribution. She has published dozens of online games and apps, and her work has received over a dozen awards, including a Prix Jeunesse Interactivity Prize, and the Cynopsis Kids Imagination Award for Educational App.
